Working Principle
The FGS series sine sieve uses the circular movement of flat circular sieves on several sieve shafts to produce a sine wave-like disturbance of the material being sieved, forcing the material layer to be loosened and the qualified material to be easily sunk through the large material for sieving. Under the same screening area, the screening efficiency of the Royal Dragon screen is 40%-50% higher than other screening equipment, and at the same time, due to the impact of the material's rise and fall, the screen is not easy to stick to the material, so it can be used to screen the material with high moisture content and high viscosity.

Main Features
1. The sieve shafts all rotate at the same speed in the same direction and the material flows forward in a sinusoidal wave, while the qualified material is screened through the sieve gap.
2. The sieves are oval in shape and have a repeatable weldable wear layer for reliable operation and improved service life; the redundant design of the bearing housing seal ensures long bearing life.
3. Making full use of the potential energy of the material, the energy consumption in operation is very small and the energy-saving effect is good; the fully enclosed structure, no dust escaping, is a better environmental protection equipment.
4. Standardised, modular design, easy to access and replace, and can be flexibly combined as required.
