Working Principle
The two tooth rolls of the crusher rotate towards the middle. When the material enters the crushing cavity, the material smaller than the gap between the two rolls will fall down directly to become the finished material; the material larger than the gap between the rolls will be chopped and pulled by the rotating rolls to the required particle size, completing the crushing process.

Main Features
1.It is suitable for materials with high hardness and can crush materials with compressive strength up to 150 MPa.
2. Large processing capacity, maximum feed size up to 2000mm, maximum processing capacity up to 15000t/h.
3. The low rotor speed of the crusher and the use of chopping and pulling crushing means that the material is crushed with little or no over-powder.
4. The crushing chamber is machined and then welded, and the steel plate thickness of the main support part is about 30mm, making the structure strong and durable.
5. Simple construction and easy maintenance.
